Race 3 was a major commercial successfully film despite receiving negative reviews. Race 3 proved to be a breakthrough for Bobby Deol.

    Salman Khan is quite close to Bobby Deol and has promised to help him revive his career. And, he delivered his promise by offering a big role to Bobby Deol in Race 3. Following the success of Race 3, Bobby Deol signed several films and web series.

    After Race 3, Bobby Deol received several movie offers. In 2019 he featured in one of the leads in the multi-starrer film Housefull 4 which was a commercial success. The actor also played the lead in several popular web series.

    Kartik Aaryan will reprise the role of Rooh Baba in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3

    Director Anees Bazmee and producer Bhushan Kumar’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is one of the most awaited and biggest films of the year. The third installment of the horror comedy franchise stars Kartik Aaryan, Tripti Dimri, Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit, Vijay Raaz, Rajpal Yadav, Sanjay Mishra, Ashwini Kalsekar, Rajesh Sharma and Manish Wadhwa among others. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is set to release on November 1st, 2024. It is a sequel to Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 which was released in 2022 starring Kartik Aaryan as Rooh Baba and Kiara Advani as her love interest.

    The popularity of Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise

    The first part of Bhool Bhulaiyaa was released back in 2007 starring Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Paresh Rawal, Shiney Ahuja, and Ameesha Patel among others. It received critical acclaim and was a major commercial success. The film was directed by noted filmmaker Priyadarshan and produced by T-Series head Bhushan Kumar.

    In 2019, Bhushan Kumar announced the second part of the film titled Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 with Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani as the leads and Anees Bazmee directing the film. The film was postponed and was successfully released on 20 May 2022 to overwhelming response. 2022 was the year when most of the Hindi and Bollywood films were failing at the box office. Whereas, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 received critical acclaim and emerged as one of the highest-grossing Hindi films of the year. The success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 gave the makers the confidence to come up with the third part of the film.

    Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 was announced in March 2023 with Kartik Aaryan reprising the role of Rooh Baba in the film. Following the success of Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal and the craze of Tripti Dimri, the actress was immediately signed to play the female lead in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. In addition, Vidya Balan who essayed the role of Manjulika in the first part of Bhool Bhulaiyaa was announced to reprise the role of Manjulika in the third part of the film.

    Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is a sure-shot successful venture for its makers and cast since the buzz of the film is high. Recently, Stree 2 which is a horror comedy genre emerged as the highest-grossing Hindi film ever beating films like Pathaan, Jawan, and Animal. But Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 has to be quite entertaining to survive at the box office since the film is releasing with another big Hindi film.

    Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Singham Again

    Rohit Shetty’s film Singham Again is set to release on November 1st, 2024. It’s a direct release between Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. It could have been avoidable but films will surely suffer by coming on the same date. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 was originally announced to release in November 2024 while Singham Again was announced to release in August 2024. But Singham Again got postponed to November 2024.

    For now, Singham Again has the upper hand since it is a large-scale film with a star cast of Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, T Shroff, Akshay Kumar, and Ranveer Singh. It is indeed one of the biggest films of the year and it is predicted to emerge as one of the highest-grossing films of the year. But nobody should underestimate Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.

    Recently in an interview, Kartik Aaryan spoke about both the films and mentioned that is normal if two big films are released on the same day especially when it’s the season of holidays and festivals. He also mentioned that the audience would have several options like watching Singham Again or watching a horror comedy genre which as Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 or they can watch both films. He also stated that he would go to see Singham Again.

    However, Singham Again which is made on a massive budget has to earn over 300 crores in Hindi to become a commercial success. Whereas the makers of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 would be satisfied if there will earns nearly 200 crores in Hindi.

    Bhool Bhulaiyaa 4

    Producer Bhushan Kumar is quite confident about Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.

    He has already announced the fourth part of the horror comedy franchise titled ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 4’. In an interview, Bhushan Kumar revealed his plan to bring the fourth part of the film in the next few years. He confirmed that Anees Bazmee will return to direct the fourth part. Bhushan Kumar also teased that the fourth part may feature the franchise’s original protagonist Akshay Kumar in the lead besides Kartik Aaryan in the second lead. He also said that Vidya Balan and Kiara Advani too might return for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 4. The shooting of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 4 is expected to start in 2026 with a global release in 2027. Anees Bazmee has already started writing Bhool Bhulaiyaa 4. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 4 will be made on a budget of over 300 crores becoming the most expensive Indian horror comedy film.

    Besides the Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise, Bhushan Kumar is trying to build several film franchises. He also owns Ranbir Kapoor and Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal franchise. The second part of the Animal film is going to be huge. Bhushan Kumar also owns Ajay Devgn’s drama franchise ‘Raid’ and romance comedy franchise De De Pyaar De’. Raid 2 and De De Pyaar De 2 are coming in 2025.

    Bhushan Kumar today is one of the biggest filmmakers in the Indian Film Industry and one of the most powerful and influential producers. His production, direction, distribution, and song company T- Series is the biggest movie production house in India.

  • Trailer Review: Singham Again Is A Cringe Feast

    Popular Indian filmmaker Rohit Shetty is returning with another film in 2024. His last film came in 2021 with the Akshay Kumar led Sooryavanshi. His 2024 mega release is Singham Again starring Ajay Devgn in the title role as Bajirao Singham. It is the fifth installment of the Rohit Shetty Universe. The film is set to release worldwide on 1st November.

    The trailer of the film was released recently in a grand way. With an extent of 4.50 minutes is the longest trailer ever for an Indian movie. As was announced earlier and as seen in the trailer, the other two other actors from the Rohit Shetty Universe, Akshay Kumar as Sooryavanshi and Ranveer Singh as Sangram Bhalerao make an extended cameo appearance in the film. Rohit Shetty’s two new entrants from the his Universe, T Shroff and Deepika Padukone are introduced in Singham Again with an extended cameo appearance. Besides Ajay Devgn, Singham Again stars Kareena Kapoor Khan in the female lead and Arjun Kapoor as the main antagonist. The film also stars J Shroff, Ravi Kishan, and Dayanand Shetty in pivotal roles.

    Singham Again Trailer Review

    The trailer of Singham Again is 4.50 minutes which is quite frustrating. Every actor gets a lengthy introduction scene. The trailer is bursting with cringe dialogues and mindless stunt sequences. The entire film has CGI and VFX graphics.

    Singham Again might come as cringe to many. There are too many guest appearances and too many big stars featuring. And it doesn’t end here as one big superstar is set to make a guest appearance in the post-credit scenes of the film.

    Spoiler Alert: Entry of Chulbul Pandey

    It is indeed true. One of the biggest superstars of the nation Salman Khan is confirmed to make a guest appearance in the film. He will star and reprise his role of Chulbul Pandey from the Dabangg film franchise. Chulbul Pandey is the most iconic movie character in India. Rohit Shetty has often expressed his desire to introduce Chulbul Pandey in his Universe and this time he has done the unthinkable. It may be for a minute or two minutes but Salman Khan is confirmed to star as Chulbul Pandey in the post-credits scene of Singham Again.

    Followed by Dabangg in 2010, Rohit Shetty brought Singham film in 2011. Singham was a remake of a Tamil film of the same name starring Suriya in the lead role.     According to the sources, Rohit Shetty recently met Salman Khan on the sets of his upcoming film. The makers of Singham Again are yet to shoot the post-credit scene of Salman Khan with the film releasing in just 20 days.

    Singham Again vs Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3

    Singham Again was earlier scheduled to be released on 15th August 2024 but got postponed due to post-production work. Later, the film was announced to release in November with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Kartik Aaryan’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 was announced to be released in November last year. But now with Singham Again coming in November things have got uglier and this will affect the business of both of the films. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is one of the most awaited films of the year.

    Singham Again is jointly produced by Rohit Shetty, Ajay Devgn, and Jio Studios. Both the films Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 are sure shot superhits. But with Salman Khan making a cameo in Singham Again, the makers of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 would be anxious. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 has to be a massive entertaining comedy horror film to become a blockbuster.  While Singham Again is a certified blockbuster even if it receives mixed reviews.

    We predict Singham Again to earn over 300 crores in Hindi and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 to earn over 150 crores in Hindi. If released solo, Singham Again has a chance of earning more than 500 crores in Hindi, and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 will earn over 300 crores in Hindi.

    Born in 1997 in Mumbai. Her father is a renowned builder and her mother is an architect.

    In an interview, the actress revealed that she has been auditioning for movie roles since 2014. Though she served as an assistant director to popular director Luv Ranjan in movies like Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety.     Debut as an Actress

    Sharvari finally made her acting debut in 2020 in director Kabir Khan’s directional web series The Forgotten – Azaadi Ke Liye. The show was aired on Prime Video and received positive reviews. The 2018 horror comedy film Stree had received positive reviews and had emerged as one of the biggest hits of the year. Surely, Stree 2 was a much-awaited film. But the extraordinary reception from the audience is startling.

    Stree 2 was always expected to perform well at the box office. Upon its release, the film received widespread critical acclaim. The film is bursting with epic one-liners and mad comedy and horror sequences. The film has received rave reviews from critics and audiences who are hailing the film as the best horror comedy film ever. Not just the reviews, Stree 2 is performing like a serious hit at the box office.

Stree 2 might be the first film to enter the 600-crore club too since there is no big release in September.

    Stree 2 is all set to beat Jawan and become the highest-grossing Hindi film ever. You heard that right. Shahrukh Khan’s blockbuster Jawan has been shattered.

    With Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Ranbir Kapoor having no release in 2024. Bollywood had limited options in the present year. Hrithik Roshan’s January 2024 ‘FTR’ was predicted to emerge as the highest grossing film of the year. But the film did decent business at the box office.

    The only big films that are yet to be released in 2024 are Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.

    Both Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 release on the same day in November 2024 and it would be tough for both of the films to perform well at the box office. If released separately, both Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 have the potential to enter the Bollywood 300-crore club. But as of now Stree 2 is sure a 550+ crore grosser in the Hindi language and the biggest Bollywood hit of 2024.

    Stree 2 is a part of the Maddock Supernational Universe that covers horror comedy films produced by Dinesh Vijan under his production house Maddock Films. Overall, four horror comedy films have been released, Stree (2018), Bhediya (2022), Munjya (2024), and Stree 2 (2024). Munjya which was released recently is amongst the biggest hit of 2024.

    With Stree 2, Maddock Supernational Universe is now amongst Bollywood’s biggest film franchises. The YRF Universe is the biggest film franchise of Bollywood. But the Maddock Supernational Universe has beaten the Rohit Shetty Universe to emerge as the second biggest film franchise. Not just the Rohit Shetty Universe, Maddock Supernational Universe has left out the Dhoom film franchise, Dabangg film franchise, Race film franchise, Krissh film franchise, and several other film franchises to emerge as the biggest franchise besides YRF Universe. The Maddock Supernational Universe has seven to eight horror comedy films in the pipeline.

    The future is astonishing for Maddock Supernational Universe. They have several horror comedy films planned to release in upcoming years including Stree 3 and Bhediya 2. They also have another standalone horror comedy film planned with Akshay Kumar. (Major Spoiler), both Varun Dhawan and Akshay Kumar have a special appearance in Stree 2. The next film from the Maddock Supernational Universe is ‘Vijay Nagar Vampires’ which stars Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead. The film is scheduled to be released on 14th February 2025. The film will be directed by Aditya Sarpotdar.

    The horror comedy film Stree 2 will soon become the highest-grossing Hindi film ever

    Though the audience has plenty of options. The other Independence Day releases are Vedaa and Khel Khel Mein which too have received positive reviews from critics and audiences.

    Khel Khel Mein is a comedy-drama film and the Indian remake of the 2016 popular Italian film Perfect Strangers. The film stars an ensemble cast of Akshay Kumar, Ammy Virk, Taapsee Pannu, Vaani Kapoor, Fardeen Khan, Pragya Jaiswal, and Aditya Seal among others. The film has received positive reviews.

    While the third 2024 Independence Day release is Vedaa. It is starring John Abraham, Sharvari, Abhishek Banerjee, Tamannaah Bhatia, and Ashish Vidyarthi. Vedaa too has received positive reviews.

    Stree 2 vs Vedaa vs Khel Khel Mein. A tough choice for the audience but Stree 2 has taken the lead. The makers of Vedaa and Khel Khel Mein would be overjoyed if their respective films at least collected over 100 crores globally because it is impossible to stand against a hurricane like Stree 2 that has the best potential to gross over 700 crores globally. The only film that releases next is Kangana Ranaut’s Emergency which is scheduled to release on 6th September. But her film is carrying zero hype.

    We can’t even imagine that hurricane Stree 3 will set with its release in 2027 or 2028. Yes! Stree 3 and Stree 4 are already confirmed with another standalone horror comedy film that will feature only Shraddha Kapoor in the lead.

    Talking about Akshay Kumar, the last several films of him are disasters or have flopped at the box office. After tasting widespread success and delivering consecutive blockbuster films for a decade, the last ten to twelve films of Akshay Kumar have failed.

    But he has a few promising releases in 2025. In 2025, Akshay Kumar will star in the lead in films such as Jolly LLB 3, Sky Force, and Welcome to the Jungle (Welcome 3). As of now, his film with Siddharth Anand is not officially announced yet. The film may go on floors in 2025 with a release in 2026.

    Siddharth made his directional debut with Yash Raj Films (YRF)’s 2005 produced film Salaam Namaste starring Saif Ali Khan and Preity Zinta. The trio of Aditya Chopra (Head of YRF), Saif Ali Khan, and Siddharth Anand collaborated on another project titled ‘Ta Ra Rum Pum’ with Rani Mukerji as the female lead. Ta Ra Rum Pum received mixed reviews and was a decent success at the box office.

    Siddharth Anand’s breakthrough came with the romantic comedy film ‘Bachna Ae Haseeno’ which was released in 2008 and was commercially successful. The film starred Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Bipasha Basu, and Minissha Lamha.

    After directing a series of romantic films, Siddharth Anand moved forward to focus on large-scale and high-budget films.

    Hrithik’s next release after W1 came in 2022. He starred opposite Saif Ali Khan in Pushkar & Gayathri’s directional Vikram Vedha, a remake of the Tamil film of the same name, also directed by Pushkar & Gayathri. The original movie in Tamil starred R. Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead. The Tamil version was critically acclaimed and was commercially successful.     FTR is an aerial drama. The film is the first installment of a planned aerial drama film franchise. However, the future of Siddharth Anand’s planned aerial drama film franchise is uncertain because FTR failed to match the expectations of the audience. FTR had a great opening weekend at the box office but the film failed to perform on the weekdays. Made on a budget of 250 crores, the film earned over 300 crores globally but didn’t achieve the blockbuster status. FTR received mixed to positive reviews. It was the most anticipated film of the year.
