Love Per Square Foot (2018)
Love Per Square Foot is the first ever Netflix original film and the first Indian film released directly on an online platform. The film starred Vicky Kaushal and Angira Dhar in the lead. Released in 2018 as an important film for the budding actor Vicky Kaushal who today is a noted actor in the Indian Film Industry. Director Anand Tiwari along with Sumeet Vyas wrote the film as a dark comedy in 2010. However, as the script was processed it was eventually made into a romantic film. Opened to positive response, the film is produced by noted film producer Ronnie Screwvala.
Soni (2018)
Soni is among the best films presented by Netflix India and possibly one of the best films made in India. The drama film is directed by Ivan Ayr who spent a lot of time reading and getting more knowledge. Ivan Ayr spent a lot of time with real officers before directing Soni. Soni Geetika Vidya Ohlyan and Saloni Batra in the lead roles. The film opened to widespread critical acclaim praising the story, screenplay, performance, and direction of the film.
L Stories (2018)
The Hindi anthology film consisting of four short films is directed by four directors Anurag Basu, Zoya Akhtar, Dibakar Banerjee, and Karan Johar. Opened to widespread critical acclaim and was nominated at the 47th International Emmy Awards, L Stories stars Vicky Kaushal, Kiara Advani, Neha Dhupia, Radhika Apte, Akash Thosar, Bhumi Pednekar, Neil Bhoopalam, Nikita Dutta, Rasika Duggal, Manisha Koirala, Jaideep Ahlawat and Sanjay Kapoor. A sequel titled L Stories 2 was released last year.
Bulbbul (2020)
Bulbbul was released in 2020. Released on Netflix, Bulbbul received a generally positive response from the audience and is considered one of the best films of 2020. The periodic horror film is directed by Anvita Dutt and produced by popular actress Anushka Sharma and her brother Karnesh Sharma under their production banner. The film stars Avinash Tiwari, Tripti Dimri, Rahul Bose, and Paoli Dam among others. The film proved to be a turning point for Avinash and Tripti who signed several films and web series post Bulbbul.
Ludo (2020)
This Anurag Basu directional is one of the most marvelous films made ever in India. Ludo is a black comedy film that was initially made to release in theatres but got released on Netflix. The film stars an ensemble cast of Abhishek Bachchan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Rajkumar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Fatima Sana Sheikh, Sanya Malhotra, Rohit Saraf, Pearle Maaney, and Asha Negi among others. Amar Singh Chamkila (2024)
Released recently on Netflix, Amar Singh Chamkila is a biographical film on the life of musician Amar Singh Chamkila. Amar Singh Chamkila was written and directed by popular Indian film director Imtiaz Ali. Imtiaz Ali is known for directing some of the best Hindi films such as Jab We Met, Rockstar, Highway, Cocktail, Tamasha, and Love Aaj Kal. However, his last few films have not done well barring Amar Singh Chamkila which received widespread critical acclaim. The film stars Diljit Dosanjh and Parineeti Chopra among others.
Jaane Jaan (2023)

Haseen Dillruba (2021)
