    The Raja Saab

    The Raja Saab is an upcoming romantic comedy horror film starring Prabhas in the main lead. It is the first lighthearted film of Prabhas since Baahubali happened to him. Since 2015 and Baahubali, Prabhas has only featured in big films. Alongside Prabhas, The Raja Saab also stars Nidhi Agerwal, Malvika Mohanlal, Sanjay Dutt, Yogi Babu, Riddhi Kumar, Vennela Kishore, Jisshu Sengupta and Brahmanandam among others.

    The official budget of The Raja Saab is over 400 crores which is enormously high considering it’s not a big film. But it is a Prabhas film. with a budget of 400 crores, Prabhas will most likely take home at least 200 crores as his remuneration. The Raja Saab is set to release in April 2025. Prabhas is presently filming the movie in Hyderabad. The Raja Saab will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Hindi.

    Salaar: Part 2 – Shouryaanga Parvam

    Salaar: Part 2 – Shouryaanga Parvam aka Salaar 2 is the upcoming film of Prabhas. Salaar 2 is a sequel to the 2023 film Salaar: Part 1. Upon its release in December 2023, Salaar: Part 1 received mixed to positive reviews and emerged as one of the highest grossing Indian films ever. Salaar: Part 1 earned over 800+ crores globally. Salaar: Part 2 is one of the most anticipated Indian films.

    Besides Prabhas, all the actors who are featured in the first part will reprise their roles in the second part of the film.     While filming the first part, the cast and crew of Kalki have already shot 60 to 70 percent of the second part. The movie is ready to be released but it will only release in 2027.

    Films that are announced but shooting has not begin

    The other upcoming films of Prabhas are Fauji, and Kannappa, and a three film deal with Hombale Films.

    The producers of the KGF and Salaar franchise signed a three film deal with Prabhas. Salaar Part 1 is released. Besides that, Prabhas is doing three more films with the production company Hombale Films. One film of the three film deal would be Salaar Part 2. The title of the other two films is not revealed yet. Prabhas is receiving remuneration of over 600 crores for his three film deal with Hombale Films. 200 crore per film.

    Kannappa is an upcoming film starring Vishnu Manchu in the lead role. The film features Prabhas in an extended guest appearance.

    Fauji is an upcoming periodic film starring Prabhas in the lead. It will be directed by Hanu Raghavpudi. The film is just announced yet and might take a few years to release.

    Ma Dong last night posted a picture of Prabhas on his Instagram story. That picture of Prabhas was from his 2023 December film ‘Salaar Part 1’.

    Many suggest that director Sandeep Reddy Vanga is roping in Ma Dong in Spirit. Spirit is an upcoming large scale film starring Prabhas in the lead role. The film will be directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. Sandeep Reddy Vanga is known for directing films like Arjun Reddy (2017), Kabir Singh (2019) and Animal (2023).     Rakul Preet Singh also revealed that she lost the biographical film on Indian cricket legend Mahendra Singh Dhoni titled MS Dhoni The Untold Story.

    Singham Again – Ajay Devgn

    One of the most awaited films of the year, Singham Again is set to release soon. The Rohit Shetty directional is the fifth film from his universe. Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn released the first part of Singham in 2011 and the second part in 2014.

    King – Shahrukh Khan

    SRK’s King is one of the most awaited films of 2026.

    King will be directed by popular filmmaker Sujoy Ghosh, known for directing edge-of-the-seat movies. Talking about SRK, what can we say about this man? It is the debut movie of Suhana Khan, Shahrukh Khan’s daughter. Earlier Shahrukh Khan was set to make a special appearance in the film. But now he has come on board for an extensive role.
