  • Breaking: Producer Namit Malhotra Confirms RMY

    RMY is an Indian drama film

    Get ready for the biggest news of the year. Filmmaker Namit Malhotra has finally confirmed his upcoming produced film ‘RMY’. RMY is an upcoming Indian drama film. Film RMY features some of the biggest superstars of India and it is directed by one of the biggest filmmakers of India.

    Film RMY will star Bollywood Superstar Ranbir Kapoor, Popular South film actress Sai Pallavi, South Superstar Yash, and Popular Hindi actor Sunny Deol among several other actors and actresses. TV actor Ravi Dubey will feature in a key role in the film.

    Besides Ranbir Kapoor, Yash, Sai Pallavi, and Sunny Deol, several other big stars are expected to join the film soon. KGF fame Yash who is playing one of the main leads in RMY will co-produce the film along with Namit Malhotra. Recently in an interview, Yash confirmed the project but snubbed to reveal more details. Though he said that it is going to be epic and the most beautiful film ever.

    RMY is directed by Nitesh Tiwari who directed the 2016 epic sports drama biographical film ‘Dangal’ starring Aamir Khan. With a collection of 2000+ crores, Dangal is the highest grossing Indian film ever. Dangal received widespread critical acclaim. It is one of the greatest Indian movies ever.

    RMY is produced by Namit Malhotra. Namit Malhotra is a film and television producer, he owns one of the world’s largest and most successful visual graphics and special effects companies. He is chief executive officer of DNEG, a British Indian VFX and special effects company. DNEG has performed visual effects and VFX for several critically acclaimed and commercially successful Hollywood films which have won Academy Awards too.

    Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi have been shooting RMY for quite some time now. However, the project was not officially announced until this morning.

    The combined budget of both parts of RMY may exceed 800+ crores becoming the most expensive Indian film ever. But the budget is not a worry for the makers. The sky is the limit for RMY. It has the best potential to become the highest-grossing Indian film ever. RMY has to be a flawless film to rewrite the history.

    RMY is going to be the biggest film based on RMY ever. The special effects, the background score, the visuals, the direction, and the performance from Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, Yash, and Sunny Deol are going to be epic.

    Every Indian will try to watch this movie on its first day when it is released. Nobody can predict its financial box office business. It is going to be epic and astonishing.     We are getting Dhoom 4. Yes! To the fans of this popular franchise, Dhoom 4 is coming soon.

    Dhoom was released in 2004, Dhoom 2 in 2006, and Dhoom 3 in 2013.

    Now after almost a decade, YRF has confirmed that Dhoom 4 is in the making. Dhoom 4 will have a completely new cast. Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra who were part of all Dhoom films won’t be part of Dhoom 4. Dhoom 4 will have a new director and a new creative, and stunt team now.

    The first Dhoom film was released in 2004 with John Abraham playing the main antagonist. Hrithik Roshan essayed the role of the main antagonist in Dhoom 2 where Aamir Khan played the main antagonist in Dhoom 3. Among all Dhoom films, Aamir Khan’s Dhoom 3 is the highest-grossing film from the franchise despite receiving mixed reviews.

    Now the big question is, who will be playing the main lead in Dhoom 4?

    Ranbir Kapoor, the newest superstar in town has been signed to play the main lead in Dhoom 4.

    YRF and Ranbir Kapoor collaborated on a film titled ‘Shamshera’ which was a huge box office flop. But, following the massive success of ‘Animal’, Ranbir Kapoor has emerged as one of the biggest superstars of India. Animal has proved to be a career-changing film for him. Post Animal, Ranbir Kapoor has signed four to five big-budget Pan India films including Dhoom 4.     Currently, Dhoom 4 is in the pre-production stage and the shooting for the same will take several months to begin.

    YRF is presently busing working on two upcoming films ‘W2’ and ‘Alpha’. Both are scheduled to release in 2025 which means the shooting of Dhoom 4 will only begin in January 2026. Alpha stars Ranbir Kapoor’s wife Alia Bhatt in the first female led film of YRF Universe.

    The third part of Dhoom titled ‘Dhoom 3’ was released in 2013 again with Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra and legendary actor Aamir Khan in a dual role as the main antagonist. Dhoom 3 received widespread popularity. Despite receiving mixed reviews, the film grossed over 400 crores in just ten days becoming a major commercial success.

    With John Abraham, Hrithik Roshan, and Aamir Khan already featured in the Dhoom series we only see these three Bollywood actors who can do justice and might feature in Dhoom 4. However, Dhoom 4 is not been officially announced yet. But it will surely happen in the future.

    Ranbir Kapoor

    Ranbir Kapoor is presently the most popular actor in India. The actor has received a cult following and his film career has taken a giant step frontward post the success of his last film Animal (2023). He is already giving tough competition to some of the biggest superstars of the country, Prabhas, Salman Khan, Shahrukh Khan, and Aamir Khan. Ranbir Kapoor has quite a few big releases under production. He is presently shooting for ‘Dangal’ director Nitesh Tiwari’s upcoming ‘RMY’ along with actress Sai Pallavi and actor Yash. The film is made on a whopping budget of 800+ crores with the first part of a movie set to release between 2025 – 2026. After wrapping up RMY, Ranbir will begin shooting for a film titled ‘L & W’.

    L & W is directed by noted filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali and it also stars Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal besides Ranbir Kapoor. Ranbir Kapoor will also star in the sequel of Animal titled ‘Animal Park’. With several big films under his belt, we still think Ranbir Kapoor might be perfect to play the next antagonist in Dhoom 4.     Salman Khan

    Salman Khan is the boss. Though the last few films of him have underperformed at the box office and he is to blame for it. But he is still one of the biggest superstars in the country and everyone is wholeheartedly waiting to see him do larger-than-life movies. Salman’s last big hit came back in 2017 which was TZH from the YRF Universe.

    In recent times, the actor has been criticized by fans and critics for doing mediocre and tasteless films like Dabangg 3, Kisi Ka Bhai Ki Jaan, Radhe, and a few more. And he did these films, especially after delivering iconic blockbusters like Sultan and Bajrangi Bhaijaan. He did Kisi Ka Bhai Ki Jaan in 2023 and as a result, his much-awaited biggie T3 released in 2023 underperformed at the box office.

    Fortunately, he has accepted his mistake and he is now looking to work only with big directors in the country and big production houses. He has signed quite a few big films with two films already under production. He is presently shooting for director AR Murugadoss’s next film titled ‘Sikander’ which is slated to release in April 2025. The film is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. Salman Khan is also confirmed to star in Karan Johar’s next titled ‘The Bull’ that will be directed by ‘Shershaah’ fame director Vishnu Vardhan.

    Salman is YRF’s favorite. They have together delivered blockbuster films like Sultan, TZH, and ETT. No wonder YRF will think of Salman Khan whenever they are looking to lock the cast of Dhoom 4.

    Shahrukh Khan

    Last but not the least. Shahrukh Khan has completely changed the game and has set new benchmarks for every Superstar in this country. He has created box office records that would be impossible to be broken anytime soon. What he has done in 2023 with Pathaan and Jawan was shocking, surprising, and unpredictable. Now every time Shahrukh Khan comes up with a large-scale film, a 1000 crore worldwide collection would be a cakewalk for him. As of now, Shahrukh Khan has only one film under production. The film is titled ‘The King’ and it is the debut movie for Shahrukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan. Earlier Shahrukh Khan was expected to do a guest appearance but now he is confirmed to play a full-fledged role in the film. The film is jointly produced by Shahrukh Khan and Pathaan fame director Sidharth Anand.

    The film is directed by Sujoy Dosh. Owning to the success of Pathaan and Jawan, SRK might be YRF’s first choice for Dhoom 4. Though the actor is confirmed to begin the shooting for Pathaan 2 once he wraps up ‘The King’.

    With Salman and Shahrukh are already associated with YRF’s Universe. Ranbir Kapoor might be suitable to get associated with YRF for Dhoom 4. Their last collaboration came in 2022 with the film Shamshera which was a box office flop.
